Tim Atkin: Dominated by Chenin Blanc and Grenache Blanc, with lesser contributions from Roussanne, Viognier, Muscat and Colombard, this is an assemblage that underlines Adi Badenhorst's skills as a blender. Aniseed and wild flower aromas are a scented introduction to a palate of yellow apple, white peach and citrus and a crunchy finish.
