- Tim Atkin: The top wine from this famous Helderberg winery is a cuvée of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and 5% each of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec. It's a bold, sturdy, ageworthy red showing lots of oak at present, but the underlying fruit, leafy and intense, with notes of black fig and bramble,  is full of character.
