2019: - Tim Atkin: 94/100 : Donovan Rall wanted to focus more on freshness and perfume in 2019 to make his blend of Syrah with 30% Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault a little less "chunky" as he puts it. This is meaty, savoury and complex, with whole bunch characters, wild herb top notes, focused acidity and bramble and red cherry fruit. Complex, layered and bright. 2021-2027
 
2020 - Tim Atkin: 94/100 Syrah is the foundation of the Rall Red, with the remaining 30% made up of Carignan,Cinsault and Grenache. Entirely whole bunch-fermented, it has the perfume of its schistsoils, with violet and patisserie spices, lots of energy and zip and red cherry, white pepper and blackberry flavours. 2023-30
